Last menstrual period (LMP) and estimated due date
Weight records and tracking history
Kick counter sessions and counts
Pregnancy reminders and notifications
Application preferences (language, settings)
Weekly pregnancy notes and symptoms

2.2 Sensitive Health Data

    Important: PregnancyApp stores reproductive health information locally on your device. This data is considered sensitive under applicable data protection laws. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this information. It remains solely on your device.
  

2.3 Automatically Collected Data (Analytics)

When you use PregnancyApp, our third-party analytics providers may automatically collect:

Device type and model
Operating system version
App usage events (screens visited, features used)
Session duration and frequency
Crash and error reports
Language and region settings

This data is anonymous and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Please note that opting out does not remove ads — it only stops personalized ad targeting.

Since PregnancyApp stores data locally on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly through the app's Settings screen or by uninstalling the application.

All pregnancy data is stored locally using SQLite encrypted databases
No personal health data is transmitted over the internet
Communications with third-party services use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
We do not maintain servers that store user data

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

PregnancyApp is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Notifications and Permissions

PregnancyApp may request the following device permissions:

Notifications: Used exclusively for pregnancy-related reminders (appointments, kick counting, milestones). You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Storage: Used to store pregnancy data locally on your device.

These permissions are not used for any purpose other than providing the app's core functionality.

11. Future Premium Features

Future versions of PregnancyApp may offer optional premium subscriptions. If premium features are introduced:

Payment information will be processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store — we do not store payment details
Additional data collected for premium features will be disclosed in an updated privacy policy
You will be notified of any changes before they take effect

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes:

The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised
Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or email
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
